REFUND & REPLACEMENT – BYOB

(Applicable to all BYOB packages, including but not limited to Print on Demand & Artificial Jewellery Making)

By purchasing or enrolling in any BYOB product, service, course, or package, the customer agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. GENERAL TERMS

BYOB (operated by IDIGITALPRENEUR) provides business enablement services including training, systems, tools, and physical kits.

All purchases are governed strictly by these Terms & Conditions.

2. CANCELLATION & LIMITED REFUND (PRE-DISPATCH ONLY)

Refund requests will be considered only if submitted via email to support@byobstore.com within 24 hours of placing the order, along with a valid order ID and invoice. The customer must acknowledge and accept a 7% deduction on service and processing charges. Any approved refund under these terms will be processed following the deduction of the aforementioned charges. This provision applies exclusively to voluntary cancellations initiated by the customer and does not affect rights provided under applicable law.

3. NON-DELIVERY & RE-SHIPMENT

If an order is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to Customer unavailable at delivery, Refusal to accept delivery and Incorrect or incomplete address. The order will be re-dispatched only after payment of additional delivery charges and processing fees. No refund shall be provided in such cases.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Courses / Training Programs / Dashboard or System Access

  • All digital products are non-refundable.
  • Once access is activated, no refund shall be granted under any circumstances.
  • Digital content is intangible and non-returnable, and access is provided immediately after purchase.

Technical Support

In case of genuine technical issues such as login failure or access issues:

  • The issue will be resolved within 48 working hours
  • No refund will be issued; only technical resolutions will be provided

5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

(Machines / Raw Materials / Tools / Kits)

  • Refunds are not applicable for any physical product.
  • Replacement may be provided, subject to verification and conditions stated below.

6. REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

Replacement shall be provided only in the following cases Product received in damaged condition, Incorrect item delivered, Missing item(s) in the package, Manufacturing defects (verified by the company) Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unboxing videos and supporting photographs are mandatory for all claims.

7. DAMAGE, DISCRIPENCY & CLAIMS

Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy claims shall be strictly subject to the conditions specified in the Refund & Replacement Policy with mandatory requirements including unboxing video and supporting photographs must be complied with wherever reasonably possible. Claims not meeting the eligibility criteria or timelines defined in the Refund & Replacement Policy shall not be entertained.

8. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

No replacement or refund shall be provided if Issue is reported after 48 hours, Unboxing video is not submitted, Damage occurs after delivery, Product misuse, mishandling, or improper usage, Normal wear and tear after use, change of mind or business decision, Delay or failure caused due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

9. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • 1. Customer must raise a request via official support email or dashboard
  • 2. Customer must submit:

    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Unboxing video and photographs
  • 3. Verification will be completed within 3 working days
  • 4. If approved:

    • Replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days
    • Tracking details will be shared

Replacement shall be provided only once per order.

10. BUSINESS DISCLAIMER

BYOB provides training, systems, tools, and setup support only. Business success depends on Individual effort, Execution capability and Market conditions. No refund shall be provided for Lack of sales or profit, Business not performing as expected, Personal, financial, or external reasons

11. COMPANY RIGHTS

IDIGITALPRENEUR / BYOB reserves the right to Reject claims not meeting eligibility criteria, request additional proof or clarification and modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The company’s decision should be final and binding.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

13. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing any BYOB product or service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
