SHIPMENT & DELIVERY POLICY – BYOB
This Shipment & Delivery Policy governs the dispatch and delivery of all physical products sold under the BYOB brand, including but not limited to kits, machines, tools, raw materials, and accessories.
By purchasing or enrolling in any BYOB product, service, course, or package, the customer agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment. Order confirmation details shall be shared via registered email, WhatsApp, or dashboard
2. SHIPPING TIMELINE
All physical products shall be shipped within 7–10 working days from the date of receipt of the confirmed order. Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational, logistical, or force majeure circumstances.
3. DELIVERY LOCATION (INDIA ONLY)
BYOB delivers only within India. All physical products shall be delivered only to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact number, and pin code are accurate and complete. Requests for address modification after order confirmation may not be entertained.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner, serviceability of the delivery location, and external factors. Any estimated delivery date communicated is indicative and not guaranteed.
5. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in parts depending on product availability, logistics, or operational requirements delay in delivery of one part of the shipment shall not be treated as non-delivery of the complete order. Also, customer agrees that partial shipment does not entitle them to cancellation or refund of the entire order.
6. NON-DELIVERY & FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to Customer unavailable at the delivery time, Refusal to accept delivery, Incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable address and Incorrect contact details. The shipment may be returned to origin. Re-dispatch shall be initiated only after payment of additional shipping and handling charges. No refund shall be provided in such cases.
7. ADDRESS CHANGE DISCLAIMER
Requests for address change after order confirmation are subject to feasibility and discretion. BYOB shall not be responsible for delays, mis-delivery, or losses arising due to customer-requested address changes after the order has been placed or processed. Additional charges, if there are any, shall be borne by the customer.
8. COURIER PARTNERS
BYOB reserves the right to appoint or change courier and logistics partners at its discretion. Shipment tracking details shall be shared once the order is dispatched.
9. RISK & OWNERSHIP
Risk of loss or damage shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the product at the address provided by the customer. Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report issues strictly as per the Refund & Replacement Policy.
10. DELAYS BEYOND CONTROL
BYOB shall not be liable for delays caused due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to Courier partner delays, Natural calamities, Government actions or restrictions, Strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events
11. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
For shipment or delivery-related queries, customers may contact the official BYOB support channels mentioned on the website.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
13. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing any BYOB product or service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
